I was a WordPress website designer and also a desktop publishing designer before, but I was not having any joy in the exchange of the service I was giving to my clients and was exhausted emotionally. Finding the Immersion course advertisement on Facebook in 2023 was a huge moment for me.

When I first considered joining, my biggest worry was whether I could truly make a living from this creative field, and if I could invest time and money for the work enough to accomplish this for a better life. It was a big investment, but I was ready for a shift.

Taking Immersion changed my course of the year, allowing me to move forward with new dreams and keep learning new design skills. It became one of the biggest investments I made that motivated me to find my voice in art/creations. The best part of the course was the community—finding great connections with other individuals and learning so much from them on designing and branding. The single most cherished skill I acquired was the ability to develop cohesive design collections, a systematic approach I needed to move from single pattern designs to a professional portfolio.
