Meet Megan Cabaj

 Before Immersion, I was a stay-at-home mom quietly daydreaming about a career that would let me express my creativity. I was nervous about investing in myself and wasn’t sure if I could really make it happen, especially with no Adobe Illustrator experience and very little tech confidence.

Joining Immersion changed everything. The course gave me the exact tools, guidance, and encouragement I needed to step into the surface design world with confidence. My favourite part wasn’t just the education, it was feeling like I belonged to a supportive, inspiring community.

Today, Adobe Illustrator feels like second nature, and I’m proud to say I’ve licensed fabric with Carriage House Printery and Hawthorne Supply Co., and licensed wallpaper with Everett Park and Loomwell. I’m excited to continue growing my collections and can’t wait to see my work out in the world.
