Meet Rachel Sclare

I have a day job and it's not creative nor is it what I went to school for (I have an MA in Expressive Arts Therapy). I also have multiple chronic illnesses/disability and have for my whole life. All I want to do is make art, and I wish I could make a living doing that. When a friend started sharing about Immersion after she signed up in 2024, I went down a rabbit hole of all things Bonnie Christine. I signed up or the email list after combing through the website, and began listening to the podcast. I had my sight set on Immersion 2025 and literally had a whole year to wait for it. Partway through the year, I checked in with my friend about the course and she raved about it. Said it was well worth the investment.

I'm so thrilled to be learning Illustrator and knowing how to make vectors and repeating patterns. Getting to learn the business aspects is going to be key (and was a huge factor in my deciding to invest in this course).

I need to go back through the whole course and practice all the skills so they become committed to memory. I'm looking forward to making collections, and designing my portfolio and website!

I'm even more committed now that I was before. I NEED to do this - I am all in!
