Meet Erin Francsis

Immersion taught me the knowledge and skills I needed to be successful in designing my own fabric. It pushed and challenged me to pursue my dreams and grow my own small business. It motivated me to continue to learn additional skills after its completion. 

In 2020, I was primarily a stay-at-home mom, taking care of two little boys. But I also worked part-time as an occupational therapist in a hospital and was running a side hustle Etsy shop, sewing baby clothes with other designers' surface designs. 

I had always thought it was so interesting that people could design their own fabric, but I had no idea where to start. I stumbled upon the Immersion course when trying to learn about surface pattern design. I can say that through learning what I did in Immersion, I was able to quit my part-time occupational therapy job completely in 2021 and fully commit to working on my Etsy shop and my surface designs. 

I have made over 6-figures in revenue in my Etsy shop each of the last two years. I am so grateful I get to set my own hours and work from home. I look forward to continuing to grow my small business and truly enjoy my "job" and the life I have created, none of which would've been possible if I had not taken the leap of faith and joined Immersion.
